2014 Victorian summer confection. White and gray seersucker with lavender silk accents. Custom designed and created hat as well.

2013 design- an interpretation, updating an 1870's pattern for an 1880's era dress. Hand dyed blue striped cotton blend with 12 yards of yellow silk in 45 degree pleats, plus mad amounts of beads and pearls, with a sprinkling of a chevron theme.
2012 Any pattern in satin requires impeccable sizing and tailoring- I think it worked out in this combination of two Victorian patterns from "Truly Victorian".  (177 vintage rhinestones sewn onto the skirt's handmade puff trim)
2011 Coordinating costumes- all new, from the bloomers to the hats.
For my blog post "The One-Day Corset". Officially 13 hours, or so.  Vintage 1860's pattern, resized and customized.
1880's ballgown reimagined with custom designed sleeves, 12" lace and lots of beaded appliques.
1880's day dress, original design. Skirt with custom trim and burnous pleats. Jacket with hidden closure, a military influence in the front design and asian styled "fan" in back. Accented with a gold silk dragon brocade.
Military influences can be seen on the front of this 1880's day bodice, featuring vintage brass buttons and an antique brooch.
